When Scruff's owners throw him out of the house for the night, he realises that they have no judgement for true musical talent. Scruff is the greatest singer in the world (according to him) and he needs an audience who will truly appreciate him. When Scruff comes across a singing contest he has found his chance to prove how fantastic he is at last! But will the arrival of the prettiest cat in the whole world change everything?
