Podrobné informácie

Corporate world, round the globe, is at the forefront of highly uncertain situations and untoward conditions. Political turmoil, social unrest, inflation, devaluation, rapidly increasing competition have left no room for most of the organization but to cut the cost of operations in order to meet the expenses and generate more profits for their stakeholders. The cost is being paid by those who are minting money for their peers, senior managers are the ones who are suffering the most as they are in a flux to get the job done to come parallel to the targets and furthermore, keep their teams composed for unending assignments. They are bearing unbearable strain, deadline stress, burnouts, long working hours, isolation, dis-association, shattered work-life balance etc., and in this quest, their personal development, innovation, new ideas generation, personal and social relationships are being compromised. Slowly and gradually, they are marching towards intellectual death. This qualitative study confirms that above captioned general working conditions are snatching their inherent and genuine ability to empower themselves with new knowledge and remain a contended and happy individual.
