Automatic tumor segmentation in 2D MRI

At this modern age image based treatment is emerging as a popular approach. This work emphasis on automatic tumor detection in the MRI.Actually before this method there was no automatic method based on region growing. I have taken a number of sample MRI and applied on those images and found it successful up to 85%. Beside this automation work there are some limitations also. That is my future work scope.
