Experience Management Practices in Software Engineering

There is no denying the fact that accumulating and managing software development experiences play a very significant role in improving the software process. Reusing experiences in the form of processes, products, and other forms of knowledge is essential for improvement, that is, reuse of knowledge is the basis of improvement.
