Studies issues, experiences, and trends in shipping operational systems related electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Electromagnetic compatibility and a ships operational systems is an area constantly evolving from the early days of few electrical devices to the highly complex installations in vessels now. This book looks at how the EMC of shipping operational systems has become a major safety issue, and describes the practices, tools and techniques of current ships operational systems achieving EMC.
