Bracton's Note Book 3 Volume Paperback Set

Henry of Bracton (or Bratton) (c. 1210-1268) was an English jurist. These volumes, containing his collection of 2,000 lawsuits, each with a description of how the law should be applied to these circumstances, are the earliest records of English case law.
