In the event that the Affected Person is interested in finding out about specific personal data that the Operator processes about him, he may turn to the Authorized Person with his request.

Categories of recipients of personal data

The Operator provides the personal data of the Affected Persons to the following categories of recipients:

  • other public authorities, if required by special legislation.

Transfer of personal data to a third country

The Operator will not transfer the personal data of the Affected Persons to third countries (outside the European Union).

Retention period of personal data

The personal data of the Persons concerned shall be kept for the period required by the relevant special regulation. In the absence of such a special regulation, the retention period results from the Operator's registration plan.

If the processing of personal data is based on a contract, the Operator processes the personal data of the data subject for the duration of the contract and in addition for the expiration of the limitation period related to the exercise of the last eligible claim of the Operator or the data subject.

Personal data for marketing purposes are processed for a period of 5 years from their provision.

The Operator shall provide the Affected Person, at his request, through the Authorized Person, with information on the period during which he retains his personal data.
