Valuation Manual

This book shows important concepts that must be considered in terms of standards and requirements to determine the value of real estate (buildings of all types), agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as the value of an agricultural or rural property as a whole. It does not show who issues these official laws, the requirements and the order of how the appraisals or appraisals must be prepared. It also does not indicate the knowledge that the appraisers must have in the field, taking into account especially the rural area, where we find constructions, machinery and agricultural equipment, as well as the soil that may contain crops or fruit trees.
