Inventory Control Systems

The objective of the research is to determine, from those responsible for warehouse control in SMEs, the importance of implementing an inventory control system as a management tool to provide timely and accurate information for effective decision making. The results obtained in the research show that the SME businessman is aware that the quality of the inventory control systems that he currently has in his business is of poor quality, due to the fact that he does not have timely information that helps to generate strategies to efficiently face the new normality. In conclusion, the warehouse control systems is a tool that has real-time information, which allows the company to make effective decisions, saving time and costs in a sustainable way.
