Baroness Scotland of Asthal

Patricia wanted to do a job that would bring together her love of books and her desire to help people. She became a barrister and was later made Queen's Council - the first black woman to achieve this honour. Patricia is now a Junior Minister in the government and sits in the House of Lords.
