Richard Coleman Witters was born in Valparaiso,Indiana, and now lives in Cary, North Carolina,where he is retired from the insurance industry. Hereceived degrees from the College for FinancialPlanning, earning the designation of Certifi edFinancial Planner (CFP) and the School of ParalegalStudies. Richard served in the U.S. Army for sevenyears and is married to Maria J. Brancaleone whohas blessed him with two wonderful daughters,Michelle and Cherise, and six grandchildren.
