Disease Prevention and Oral Health Promotion

This study provides a thorough perspective on oral health promotion and diseases prevention based on contributions from leading international scientists. The book focuses on topics of relevance to social and behavioural sciences in dentistry for populations at high risk to oral diseases and disorders. These include older adults, family units, the socio-economically disadvantataged, ethnic and racial minorities and individuals with medically-compromising conditions.
